The Hyndburn & District Basketball League operates out of two venues in East Lancashire and accomodates senior teams from across the North West.

Games are played on Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm and 8:30pm and Fridays at 8pm.  Games consist of four 10 minute periods and are refereed by a minimum of two qualified referees.

The league runs from September to June and consists of regular league, cup and plate competition games.
